This kit uses the principle of the colloidal gold immunochromatography assay. It can detect Salbutamol (SAL) in samples like urine, tissue, etc. After adding the sample solution to the sample well of the detection card, SAL of the sample solution is combined with the gold-labeled antibody, to avoid combining the Gold-labeled antibody with SAL conjugate on the cellulose membrane.
When the SAL concentration in the sample solution exceeds the detection limit, the detection line shows no color reaction and the result is positive. When the SAL concentration in the sample solution is less than the detection limit, the detection line shows the color and the result is negative.
